Meditation for Healing and Protection
Join us for the first class in our Meditation series.
We will begin with a short stretch and guided relaxation in preparation for a period of silent breath meditation.
This will be followed by a guided journey to visualize healing and protection for ourselves, our loved ones, and our world.
Along the way, we will share some chanting, focusing bells, mindful movement, and a short wisdom reading.
The video session is about 45 minutes long. Additional suggestions and resources are also provided.
Beginners welcome! No previous experience with meditation or other spiritual practices required.
